MyTHSP Hub — deploy smoke test
This page exists to prove the deploy path, not to provide a feature. Every row below is something that has to work before the incidents module can ship. If you can read this styled correctly, Vite assets are being served.

A FAIL on the session cookie simply means you are not logged in to the legacy app in this browser — log in there first, then reload. Every other FAIL is a real deploy problem.
